‘Cheap local storage unit’

The service I received was good. I appreciated that Mo suggested me to go for a smaller storage when he saw the amount of belongings I had, this made me save even more money that I thought I would moving from another local storage. Only down side is the limited opening Hours during the weekend.

‘Perfect Service, Straight forward and a pleasure to deal with’

From the moment we went to view the storage options and sizes until the last item was safely locked away , the service has been brilliant. We used the collection service, Ryan was prompt, kept us informed and handled everything with a smile! Nothing was too much trouble and it made our move completely stress free.

‘SIMPLY THE BEST ...’

As a supported accommodation provider for some of the most vulnerable young women in Brighton & Hove I needed storage for one of our residents furniture quickly and with as little fuss as possible. Henfield Storage were amazing and made the process so easy. I requested storage on Sunday to start the following Tuesday and it was completed as planned. The price was the best that I could find in Brighton & Hove. Henfield Storage provide a free van to transport the belongings and assist in lifting and carrying. The sign up process was easy via docu-sign and payment was taken over the phone. If only all my encounters were this good! Thank you so much. Your service was greatly appreciated.

‘5* Storage and lovely staff’

Henfield storage were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Tim arrived at the exact agreed time and helped us pack the van with our belongings. Once at the storage facility, he helped us stack our furniture into the storage unit in a very considerate and efficient manner. The units themselves are clean, bright and easily accessible with trolleys to help you load your belongings. The quote we received was very competitive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We would thoroughly recommend Henfield Storage.

‘10/10 really happy I used them’

10/10 - highly recommend Great pricing, super convenient, staff were excellent and unit secure. Only comment was that the unit was a different dimension to that advertised on the website - wasn’t a problem as everything fit in fine but worth noting they are a guide.

‘Great service/Fair price’

Mohammed arrived on time and helped us load our stuff onto the truck from our old storage unit in Islington. He then drove us to the Henfield facility. Once at Henfield Southwark, we decided the space we originally requested was insufficient and he found a larger unit for us. He handled everything from pickup, driving us, showing us the various units and preparing the paperwork thereby keeping the entire transaction efficient. He is also very friendly and lovely to chat with whilst we were in transit. So far, so good and would definitely recommend!

‘Easy and well organised.’

The whole process was made so easy. From the pick up of our stuff to loading it the other end and sorting contracts what I thought was going to be a stressful experience was not.

‘Would 100% recommend’

Excellent service, couldn’t recommend highly enough. We made use of the free collection service too which was perfect - we were given an hour window, they called half an hour before to confirm the exact eta, they arrived on time, loaded the van quickly and efficiently and I then met them at the storage facility which is spacious, clean and well looked after. My items were unloaded and put into my storage unit swiftly and carefully. All the members of the team I encountered were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend
