‘Calm, efficient and friendly’

From the moment I went to Henfield Storage Brighton, I felt reassured and informed. Everything was explained fully and I was shown the space I would likely need The free collection was arranged. As promised, I was called in advance and Matt arrived punctually and handled the transfer to the storage unit calmly and efficiently. I couldn't have asked for more.

The Henfield Storage Service provided excellent service. Tim, the representative we worked with, was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He offered valuable advice on various storage options, assisted us in loading furniture and boxes into the van and then into the storage unit. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. The pricing for the storage unit was fair and reasonable, representing good value for the service provided. I would highly recommend Henfield Storage Service to anyone in need of storage solutions.

‘Excellent Service’

Mattie was so helpful. From the initial call to moving in the final box he went above and beyond what I expected. Having the van come to the door made the moving process so easy. I would highly recommend Henfield Storage.

‘Highly recommend !’

I have been a customer for nearly two years. The manager, staff are polite and very responsive even when they are busy with other customers. The facility is clean and well maintained and there is ample parking. I would totally recommend Henfield Chiswick!

‘Great staff, great price, great storage option’

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great price and easy to arrange. Was able to view 2 units and pick the one which suited me best. Plenty of trolleys to help move my stuff to the unit. Easy to park and unload.

‘Fantastic Service - Helpful and Informative’

Perrie, who came to collect my storage items, was really helpful and friendly and made the whole process very quick and efficient! Thank you Perrie! ‘Fantastic service’

The service from start to finish was exceptional. The office staff and driver were so helpful when I needed to store my things. The collection service is fantastic. They arrived promptly, lifted all the heavy boxes, and drove me to and from the storage unit and we were all done in an hour and a half. It couldn’t have been easier and is a huge relief to have my things finally in secure storage, for a great price. They even managed to fit everything in a smaller unit that quoted, saving me money. Thank you
