how it works
First of all, we come to your address to collect your goods. We’ll help you to load them into a secure container (all this is totally free, no hourly charges or hidden fees!). You seal the container with a padlock, only you hold the key.
Then you can put your feet up. If you would rather load and access your unit in person, our self storage in London options are a better fit. We do all the paperwork online and in advance, so it’s plain sailing thereafter. The goods are stored in one of our high-security warehouses (with CCTV and remote 24-hour monitoring).
If you want access to your goods in the middle of your stay, just contact us. We generally need at least two business days notice, but occasionally a little longer as this service is subject to availability. We’ll make them available to you in one of our local stores (from just £99).
When you want your goods back, you have the option of having everything delivered for free to one of our stores across London, Sussex and Brighton, and a common London collection point is our storage units in Sourhwark.
